For schools, colleges and madrasas

আক্ষরিক — from admission to results, the whole school in one system

The office, teachers, parents and the website all work from one record, and each sees only their part. Type it once and it shows up everywhere it is needed.

  • 21 features
  • Teacher & Student apps
  • SSC/HSC GPA rules
  • Bangla sign paper

Sound familiar?

One register for admissions, another receipt book for fees, a separate attendance register in every class. After exams, teachers stay up late building the tabulation sheet, and one wrong total means doing the sheet again. Finding which student owes how many months of fees means digging through books — while parents phone to ask when the results are out. আক্ষরিক brings all of those books into one record.

Exams & results

Results that follow Bangladesh board rules

From entering marks to the report card, আক্ষরিক does the adding up, grading and ranking. No more late nights over the tabulation sheet.

One subject, three parts

  • Written 70
  • MCQ 20
  • Practical 10

Each part has its own pass mark — fail any one and the subject is failed.

The 4th-subject rule

A weak optional subject never fails the student; only points above 2.00 count as a bonus. GPA is capped at 5.00.

Subject parts

Written, MCQ and practical — each with its own full and pass marks. Custom grade rules can be set too.

Bangla signature and mark sheets

Signature sheets first, then subject-wise mark sheets with full marks, 14 students per sheet. With an Excel copy.

The tabulation sheet builds itself

The whole class's totals, grades, GPA and pass/fail in one grid — as a formatted Excel file.

Report cards and transcripts

The class-highest mark per subject and room for the teacher's comment; every exam of the year on one page, with position.

Check before you publish

The office and subject teachers preview every report card before students can see it. Publishing locks the marks.

Step by step

How the everyday jobs flow

Each job from start to finish — who does each step, and which steps the software does on its own.

Run a written exam

From creating the exam to the report card in a parent's hand, including the papers printed for the exam hall.

  1. Office Admin Panel
    Create the exam

Name it, for example Half-Yearly 2026, and attach it to a class and school year.

  2. Office Admin Panel
    Choose subjects and their parts

Tick the subjects, then split each into parts such as Written 70 · MCQ 20 · Practical 10.

Good to know: Each part has its own full and pass marks. Failing any one part fails the whole subject.

  3. Office Admin Panel
    Set the grade rules

Use the standard board scale, or define your own letter grades, points and percentage bands.

Good to know: The 4th-subject rule is built in — a weak optional subject never fails the student and can only add a bonus.

  4. Office Admin Panel Printed Excel
    Print what the hall needs

Routine, seat plan, seat cards, admit cards and the Bangla signature sheet.

  5. Teacher Teacher Portal Teacher App
    Enter marks

Each teacher types marks for their own subject and section, on the web or in the Teacher App.

Good to know: Only students enrolled in that subject appear, sorted by roll.

  6. Automatic
    Lock the final submission

If the office turns it on, marks lock as soon as a teacher submits them.

Good to know: Only the office can release a lock — for example, to fix a typing mistake before results go out.

  7. Automatic Excel
    Tabulation builds itself

Totals, grades, GPA and pass/fail for the whole class, ready to download as Excel.

  8. Office Admin Panel Teacher Portal Teacher App
    Check report cards first

The office and subject teachers preview every card while students still cannot see it.

  9. Office Admin Panel
    Publish

One switch releases the results. From then on the marks cannot be changed.

  10. Student & parent Student App Student Portal
    Parents see the result

Report card, GPA and progress appear in the Student App and Portal.

  11. Visitor Website
    Results on the website

  12. Office Admin Panel Printed
    Year-end transcript

Every exam of the year on one page, with class and section position.

  4. Automatic
    Discounts applied, no double bills

Each student's discount is taken off. Running it twice never bills anyone twice.

  5. Student & parent Student App Student Portal
    Parents see what is owed

Amount, discount, paid and balance for every month, in the Student App and Portal.

  6. Office Admin Panel
    Take the payment

Full or partial, one month or several at once, into a bank or cash account.

  7. Automatic
    Three records update together

A numbered receipt is issued, the bill turns Paid or Partial, and the income lands in Accounts.

Good to know: That is why the bank balance in Accounts always matches the fees collected.

  8. Student & parent Student App Student Portal
    Receipt in the app

The receipt appears straight away and the balance goes down.

  9. Office Admin Panel
    Follow up defaulters

The list shows who still owes — send parents an SMS reminder.

Take daily attendance

The teacher marks the register on a phone; parents see the day in their app.

  2. Office Admin Panel Excel
    Or import a whole batch

Fill the Excel template (up to 500 students), upload, fix flagged rows on screen, then confirm.

Good to know: Nothing is saved until every row passes, so a half-finished import cannot happen.

  3. Automatic
    Login created

A System ID is generated as the login name and first password; compulsory subjects are added.

  4. Office Admin Panel
    Hand over the login

The success screen shows the System ID and password to print or send.

  5. Student & parent Student App Student Portal

    Promote students

Choose last year's class and each student's outcome: Promoted, Failed or Left.

  6. Student & parent Student App Student Portal
    History in the app

Students see their academic history — every class they have been in.

Mobile apps

Two phone apps, one shared record

The Teacher App and the Student App keep no separate copies of anything. When a teacher saves something on a phone, it goes straight into the school's record, and the student's app shows it the next time it opens.

Teacher App

Android

Everything the Teacher Portal does, made for a phone. Shows only the teacher's own classes.

  • Attendance
  • Marks
  • Homework
  • Notices
  • Study material
  • Library
  • Payslips
  • Help tickets

Student App

Android

The whole Student Portal in a parent's pocket. Shows only that student's record.

  • Attendance
  • Homework
  • Online MCQ
  • Results
  • Seat plan
  • Fees & receipts
  • Notices

An ordinary school day

Someone does the job — it lands in the school record — the parent sees it on their own phone.

Teacher Took morning attendance in the Teacher App
Student & parent Today on the calendar — present or absent
Teacher Set maths homework with a PDF
Student & parent The homework, its due date and the file to download
Office Teachers entered marks, then the office published results
Student & parent The report card and GPA
Office The office took this month's fee payment
Student & parent A numbered receipt and a smaller balance

The examples are for illustration.

How the apps sign in and stay safe

Neither app stores school records on the phone. It holds a secure key and asks the school for fresh information on every screen.

Getting started

Nine steps, done once, in this order

Every step rests on the one before it. A student cannot join a class that does not exist yet, and bills cannot be made until the class has fee amounts. Set it up in this order once and everything after simply works.

  1. Academic session

The school year, such as 2026. Make it active; starting a new one later closes the old one.

Why: Every student, exam, bill and result is stamped with a session.

  2. Sections

    Divisions inside a class: A, B, C.

Why: Attendance, marks and SMS can all be filtered by section.

  3. GroupsOptional

Study streams: Science, Commerce and Arts.

Why: Only needed where higher classes split by stream.

  4. Subjects

Bangla, English, Mathematics and the rest — with codes, compulsory or optional.

Why: Exams, homework, question banks and routines are all built from subjects.

  5. Fee types

Tuition, Admission, Exam fee, Transport — monthly or one-time.

Why: Bills can only be made for fee types that exist.

  6. Payment accounts

The main bank account, petty cash, and anywhere else money is kept.

Why: Every payment and salary is recorded against an account, so balances stay right.

  7. Teachers and staff

Register staff with their salary. Teachers get a System ID for the portal and app.

Why: A teacher must exist before being assigned to a class, and salaries feed payroll.

  8. Classes and their four setups

Create the classes, then for each one:

    Class setupsections, groups and subjects
Fee setupthe amount for each fee type
Teacher setupclass teacher and subject teachers
    Class routinethe weekly timetable

Why: This is what opens a class to its teachers in the app and makes billing possible.

  9. Students

One by one, or up to 500 at a time from Excel.

Why: Now attendance, homework, exams, fees and the Student App all have someone to serve.

Safety and trust

Mistakes are hard to make and easy to undo

Schools hold children's records and real money. These are the guard rails built in.

Everyone sees only their part

A teacher sees only assigned classes, a student only their own record, office staff only the menus their role allows.

Careful sign-in

Personal System IDs; a pause after six wrong tries in a minute; new passwords with at least 8 characters including 2 special ones.

Results cannot change after release

Publishing locks the marks for good. The office can also lock each subject once a teacher submits final marks.

Every change is recorded

Who changed a student's details, when, from which device — with the old and new value. Edits from the Teacher App too.

Deleted by mistake? Bring it back

Deleted students wait in Trash and can be restored in one click — or removed for good, on purpose.

Money stays in balance

Fees and salaries post to Accounts on their own. Deleting a payment reopens its bill, and a bill with a payment on it cannot be deleted.

Encrypted backups

Download a backup or copy it to Google Drive. Restoring needs the school's passphrase, so a lost file is useless to strangers.

Switch off, never lose

Turning a feature off hides it everywhere; turning it back on brings every record back.

Who it is for

For institutions still running admissions, fees, exams and staff salaries in registers or a scatter of Excel files.

Pricing

A one-time setup fee, then annual support and updates

One setup fee at the start — configuring the software, moving your existing records across and training the office staff and teachers are all included.
Then one support-and-updates fee a year — a full year of support and every new feature is included.
No monthly billing. One conversation a year, not twelve.

Common questions

Yes. Parents sign in to the Student App with their child's System ID and password, and see attendance, homework, results, fee dues and receipts there.

No. Same features, same login, arranged for a phone. The same goes for the Student App and the Student Portal.

Both the Teacher App and the Student App run on Android. From any other phone or computer, the same work can be done in the web portal in a browser.

No. They read the school record live every time — which is why they always show the latest information, and why no school records are stored on the phone.

Yes. An Excel template imports up to 500 students at a time. Every row is checked, mistakes can be fixed on screen, and nothing is saved until every row is correct.

Yes, the rule is built in. A weak 4th subject never fails a student, and only points above 2.00 are added as a bonus. GPA is capped at 5.00, and the GPA without the 4th subject is shown too.

Yes. 16 of the 21 features can be switched off. Switching off hides a feature everywhere but deletes nothing — switch it back on and every record returns exactly as it was.

Yes. We have offices in Rangpur and Dhaka. Our team configures the software at your school and trains the office staff and teachers there.

A one-time setup fee, then an annual support-and-updates fee. The amount depends on the size of your institution — a free consultation gives you the full picture.

Everyone sees only their part — teachers their own classes, students their own record. Backups are encrypted and need the school's passphrase to restore, and every change to a student's details records who made it.

On WhatsApp or by phone. Report it during office hours and we look at it the same day, and come out in person if it needs that.
